Good Charlotte，这支来自美国东海岸马里兰州的五人流行朋克团体，在2000年发表首张同名专辑《Good Charlotte》时，由于他们阳光俊朗的外型、加上爽劲悦耳的动听旋律，于是就有人把他们的队名译为“优质果冻”，俨然一副新好男孩的偶像架势。而真正让他们大红大紫的唱片正是两年后的第二张专辑《Young and Hopeless》（绝望少年），力量更足的歌曲编配、更加注重内涵的歌词、以及以黑色为基调甚至带有歌特色彩的冷酷造型，使得有人开始把他们唤作“狂野夏洛特”。
